Tonight was an event.
Night two of four showcasing Joe Bonamassa's incredible rise from The Borderline through to the Albert Hall. As the venue's get bigger so do the ticket prices and this could be the last time we get to see the white's of his eyes in a small venue.
To a packed house the lights dipped and for an hour and 45 minutes we were treated to a spectacle few could follow.

- With his usual rhythm team of Tal Bergman on drums, Carmine Rojas on bass and Arlan Schierbaum on Hammond organ/keyboards as Joe said this was the best band in the world along with the horn section.
Bergman and Rojas were incredible such a team and this gives Joe to do his thing.His vocals have improved tenfold over the last few years and his guitar work was everything a genius can and should do.Always highly melodic and every solo telling a story."Slow Train" was a superb opener and the reworking of "The Ballad of John Henry" with it's extended Hammond solo was the perfect set closer.
We could complain at a short for Joe set that usually sees the other side of 2 hours but here due to the power of You Tube are a few show highlights to tide us over before we get the 4 night dvd.
